One person answers every message, so the Discord server is usually the fastest route: other players there can often answer a rules question before I do.

• Complaints about content, accounts, purchases or the terms are acknowledged within 24 hours, and we aim to resolve them within 7 days.
• Requests to see, export or delete your data get a reply within 30 days at the latest. Signed-in players can also download their data or delete their account straight away from Customize Profile, under Your data.
• Reports of illegal content are handled as quickly as the law requires.

A good report lets me reproduce the problem on the first try. Include as much of this as you can:

• What you did, what you expected and what happened instead, for example "I typed Penguin, the tile stayed blank and no points were added".
• The 6-character room code and roughly when it happened, with your time zone.
• Where you were playing: the website (and which browser), the Discord Activity on PC or phone, or the Windows app.
• Your username if you are signed in, or the name you played under as a guest.
• A screenshot or a short screen recording, and whether the problem comes back after you reload the page.

To report another player rather than a bug, use the Report button next to their name in the player list or next to their chat message. You can also email with the subject "Report", the room code, the player's name and what happened.

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of buying. Use the refund request email, which fills in the details we need: your username or email, what you bought and when, and the order ID or UPI reference from your receipt. The refund policy explains what can be refunded. Purchases made inside Discord are refunded through Discord.
