- Purchased coins and items are non-transferable
- We reserve the right to modify or remove virtual items
- Purchases are tied to your account and cannot be transferred
3a. Refund Policy
- All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued for digital goods including coins, shop items, and donations.
- If you experience a technical issue preventing delivery of your purchase, contact us at anshlaw505@gmail.com for assistance.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in permanent account suspension.
- By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
3b. Payment Processing
- Card payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details.
- UPI payments (India) are processed manually and verified by our team.
- By using Stripe, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
4. No Accounts or Guarantees
- The game does not guarantee availability or uptime
- Game rooms and data may reset at any time
- We are not responsible for lost game sessions or progress
5. Intellectual Property
All game content, branding, and design on TabooParty are owned by or licensed to us.
You may not:
- Copy or redistribute the site or game
- Use our branding without permission
6. Disclaimer
TabooParty is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:
- Temporary downtime
- Gameplay interruptions
- Third-party service issues
