Taboo is a social game! For the best experience, players should either be together in person or join a Discord/voice call. You need to hear the describer in real-time to guess the words.

Taboo is an exciting word-guessing game where you give creative hints to help your teammates guess mystery words without using forbidden 'Taboo' concepts and the words themselves.

Create a Room

Start as host, choose a word pack (English, Hindi, or Hinglish), and share the unique code with friends.

Join a Room

Enter the 6-digit code shared by the host. Pick a recognizable name and get ready to play!

Game Flow

Wait in the lobby for everyone to join. Host starts the game.

Divide into teams. One player describes while others guess.

Describe the word without using any forbidden 'Taboo' words.

Correct guesses earn points. Violations or skips lose points.

Teams alternate turns. High score after all rounds wins!
